Promaschinen factory consists of following Facilities and has Equipment:
Laser cutting and Parts manufacturing facility – the 750m², Painting shop and Machining and Assembly facility –
the 750m², Design and commercial department, Inspection room, Storage 400 m².
They are equipped with the following:
– Laser cutting system BYSTAR 3015, 4,4 kW ( two tables 1500 x 3000mm and a rotary axis).
– CNC Bending Machine HÄMMERLE 3P 225/410 (225 t, 4100 mm)
– PAMA – Machining center AT 130/3

– Union TNC 110- Machining center, tool magazine 40 tools.

Axes : X = 3200, Y = 2000, Z = 1500, W = 750 n = 3000 o/min, Sto 2000×1600 mm
– Measuring Machine Stiefelmayer 1400x1000x1000mm
– Painting shop
12 x 4 x 4m – with filtration system and drying system (60º C)

– Band saw Ø300, Ø200 , Profile and tube bending machine Ø60, Hand press 4 ton,
– Welding equipment Fronius, Kempy, MIG/MAG (250 – 500A), spot (25kW),
bolt welding, and plasma cutting 15mm.
